By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Little Yay (the “Storefront”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable Indian laws.

When you create an account, you agree to provide true, accurate, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that take place under your account.

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes (GST) unless explicitly noted otherwise.

• Order Confirmation: Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities due to inventory unavailability, material shortage, or pricing errors.
• Payment Methods: We accept UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking via secure, encrypted payment providers.
• Promotions & Coupons: Promo codes and discounts must be applied prior to checkout and cannot be combined unless specified.

Our Custom 3D Printing Studio enables customers to upload digital geometry files for on-demand fabrication. Specific conditions apply:

• Acceptable Content Policy: You warrant that uploaded models do not violate any laws, contain weapons/firearm components, or infringe upon third-party patents or copyrights. We reserve the right to reject prints that violate this standard.
• Manufacturing Tolerances: FDM / SLA 3D printing is subject to normal additive manufacturing tolerances (typically ±0.2mm to ±0.5mm depending on geometry, material, and layer height). Layer lines and minor support marks are normal characteristics of 3D printing.
• Slicing & Printability: Slicing estimates (mass, print time, and price) are generated by automated geometry analysis. If a model is determined unprintable during technical inspection, our team will contact you with repair suggestions or offer a full refund.
• Material Selection: We utilize premium PLA, PETG, ABS, and TPU filaments. Products designed for food contact or extreme outdoor heat require appropriate material selection as noted on the product studio page.

We deliver to postal PIN codes across India via vetted courier partners.

• Dispatch Timeline: Ready-stock stationery and toys are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours. Custom 3D prints are fabricated and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on destination location.
• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the courier carrier at your specified address.

Standard retail items are covered under our 14-Day Friendly Return Policy. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all parts and accessories intact.

All storefront designs, graphics, branding, text, illustrations, product photographs, and software on Little Yay are the exclusive property of Little Yay and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not scrape, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any storefront content without our express prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Little Yay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our products, custom 3D parts, or storefront.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific item in dispute.

These Terms and any transactions entered into through this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
