By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Little Yay (“Little Yay”, “we”, “our”, or the “Storefront”), owned and operated by Shiyas S, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Little Yay is an inventory-based online retail business owned and operated by Shiyas S, based in Kollam, Kerala. We hold our own stock, pack orders ourselves, and dispatch them through courier partners. You must be at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable Indian laws.

When you create an account, you agree to provide true, accurate, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that take place under your account.

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes (GST) unless explicitly noted otherwise.

• Order Confirmation: Receipt of an electronic order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities due to unforeseen inventory unavailability or typographical pricing errors, in which case any amount paid is initiated for a 100% full refund within 1–2 business days.
• Payment Methods: We accept online prepaid payments (UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking) via secure payment providers, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible delivery addresses within Kerala.
• Promotions & Coupons: Promo codes and discounts must be applied prior to checkout and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

We deliver to serviceable postal PIN codes across India via vetted courier partners (such as Delhivery, BlueDart, India Post, and DTDC).

• Dispatch Timeline: Orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Kollam, Kerala facility.
• Delivery Estimates: Standard courier delivery takes 2–4 business days within Kerala and 4–6 business days for other states and Union Territories.
• Shipping & Free Delivery: Standard delivery may be complimentary on qualifying orders as indicated in your checkout summary. For orders below the free-delivery threshold, applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed transparently at checkout based on destination PIN code and payment method.
• Tracking: Live courier tracking links and AWB details are shared via SMS and email once the parcel is scanned by our logistics partners.
• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the courier partner at your specified shipping address.

Because our physical stationery, toys, and lifestyle items are immediately picked, quality-checked, and packed upon order confirmation, voluntary change-of-mind cancellations or item modifications cannot be supported once payment is confirmed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product Resolution: If an item arrives damaged in transit, defective, or mismatched, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photographs or video proof.

• Little Yay will arrange an eligible replacement unit at no extra cost, bearing all return and replacement shipping expenses.
• If a replacement unit is unavailable (e.g. item is completely out of stock), a full 100% refund will be initiated within 1–2 business days.
• Approved refunds are initiated by Little Yay within 1–2 business days and typically credit to your original payment method within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

All storefront designs, graphics, branding, logos, text, illustrations, product photographs, and software on Little Yay are the exclusive property of Little Yay and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not scrape, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any storefront content without our express prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Little Yay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our products or storefront.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific product in dispute.

These Terms and any transactions entered into through this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.
